ORDER
Plaintiff, the National Foreign Trade Council, on April 30, 1998, moved this court for a preliminary injunction, barring enforcement of 7 M.G.L.A. ßß 22G-M pending resolution of this action and any appeal therefrom. Upon consideration of the briefs and argument of counsel, it is hereby ORDERED that plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction is GRANTED.
Defendants are hereby preliminary enjoined from enforcing the provisions of ßß 22G-M, pending the resolution of plaintiff's claims on the merits and pending final resolution of any appeal of that decision.
