DECLARATION OF LINDA BERNIS

I, Linda Bernis, hereby depose and state as follows:

1. I am a stenographer who works as an independent contractor for O'Brien & Levine, a court reporting services agency located at 1287 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts.

2. On April 17, 1998, I viewed portions of three videotapes in the Special Collections Department of the State House Library in Boston, Massachusetts and made true and accurate shorthand notes of the audio from these videotapes.

3. The attached transcript is a true and accurate version of the shorthand notes I made from the videotapes I viewed on April 17, 1998.
